2. Service Description
UncoverFox searches through the web, and verifies via AI online profiles
that belong to specific users, you are looking for on Linkedin. Whenever
you activate the Chrome Extention, it listenes to if and which profile you
are currently looking at on LinkedIn and then automatically searches and
verifies other profiles online, displaying the results in the Extention.
3. User Accounts
To access the service, you must purchase a plan, or get Beta-Access. You
log in and register via Google.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are free to share and use the analysis provided by our service, including
for commercial purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our service is from the web. We claim no intellectual
property rights over the data prodived by the service.
6. Refunds
Refunds are not provided.
7. Modifications and Interruptions to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without
notice to the user. UncoverFox will not be liable to you or any third party
should we exercise our right to modify or discontinue the service. We do
not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our service.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration
in Berlin, Germany. By using our service, you waive the right to participate
in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. You are advised to review these
terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these terms are effective
when they are posted on this page.
